CMD, snoring & bruxism –
The missing link for holistic solutions

TMD, bruxism, jaw clenching, snoring – more and more patients are suffering from functional disorders. Many chronic complaints such as headaches, tinnitus, or neck tension also have a common, often overlooked root: the jaw. As the link between body, mind, and nervous system, it plays a crucial role in regulating stress, posture, and energy flow – and this is precisely where Jaw Yoga comes in.

The number of people with jaw problems has been steadily increasing for years – currently one in three people is affected by jaw stress.

In our free online training you will learn:

  • what central role the jaw plays in the autonomic nervous system

  • how stress, CMD and bruxism affect the entire organism

  • How you as a naturopath can recognize and specifically relieve jaw tension

What's often overlooked is that the underlying causes are rarely purely functional. Internal pressure, stress patterns, and mental habits like "gritting your teeth" or "clenching your teeth" affect the muscles – and become embedded in the jaw.

Jaw Yoga offers a new, body-centered approach:

  • You understand the central role of the orofacial system, especially the tongue , in the development of jaw problems.

  • You will learn to recognize functional habits in your patients' everyday lives and to change them therapeutically effectively.

  • And you will be given tools to release mental tension patterns on a physical level.

In this free online training , you will learn how to expand your work as a naturopathic practitioner—and become a sought-after specialist in jaw health.
