About Julia

Speech therapist, author, mental trainer & founder of Jaw Yoga

Julia knows from her own experience how stressful teeth grinding, jaw pain, and inner pressure can be. She, too, struggled through it for years – until she found her own path to healing.

After more than 10 years in clinical practice and more than 15 years of experience with CMD, teeth grinding, snoring and jaw tension, she now combines in-depth specialist knowledge with a deep feeling for the body, nervous system and mental-emotional patterns.

What sets Julia apart is her authentic combination of experience, empathy and clarity.


It represents a holistic approach that not only alleviates symptoms but also enables real change.
