Free from jaw stress – Successful with Jaw Yoga
In 15 weeks, you will learn to relax your jaw holistically – for your clients, your business, and your own health.
Jaw Yoga offers solutions where others only combat symptoms
More and more people suffer from teeth grinding, jaw clenching, tension and stress-related complaints.
Especially in our hectic times, it is noticeable:
The jaw carries more than many people realize.
Current studies show:
In the last three years, jaw stress has increased by a third – and around one in three people is affected by bruxism.
This has far-reaching consequences:
Jaw problems, neck tension, headaches, sleep problems, emotional exhaustion.
Jaw Yoga offers an answer precisely here, where classical methods often only help in the short term.
As a health professional, you can make a critical difference with an approach that equally involves the body, nervous system, and emotions.
The need is great – and it is growing daily.
Because real change begins where stress first shows up: in the jaw.
The revolution of health and success begins in the jaw!

Do you recognize yourself? You are...

Dentist or orthodontist
and want to offer more than conventional treatments ?
You see every day how much stress affects the jaw – in the form of bruxism, tongue thrusting or tension-related discomfort.
And you know: Long-term relief requires more than splints or purely symptomatic measures.
With Jaw Yoga you integrate a cause-oriented approach that complements and deepens your dental treatment.
Your patients will learn to perceive their jaw in a new way, to relax in a targeted manner – and to actively contribute to improvement .
This way, you combine modern dentistry with a sustainable path to greater relief, function, and quality of life.

Speech therapist or orofacial therapist
and are you looking for an effective, proven program for patients with CMD, bruxism, jaw problems, tension, snoring, or limited jaw opening?
And at the same time, do you feel the desire to work deeper – beyond the purely functional?
Jaw Yoga combines targeted, body-based techniques with mental training and a holistic approach.
Areas such as MFT, dysphonia, and speech disorders also benefit from Jaw Yoga – because you not only treat symptoms, but strengthen the person as a whole.

Physiotherapist or massage therapist
And do you know how valuable targeted, effective exercises are that also work between treatment sessions? Exercises that your patients can implement independently and sustainably – thus not only strengthening their bodies but also promoting their own responsibility in the healing process.
With Jaw Yoga, you expand your competence in key areas: The tongue – an often overlooked but central control organ for posture, tension, and breathing patterns.
And mental techniques that help to release stress and internal pressure early on, before it becomes embedded deep in the fascia system.

Midwife or lactation consultant

Then you've come to the RIGHT place!

Why Jaw Yoga is a game changer for holistic therapy – and why it needs you!
Especially in therapeutic work with physical and psychological stress, it becomes clear:
We cannot look at people in individual parts.
Stress, tension, sleep problems, emotional exhaustion – all of these often first show up in the jaw.
Current figures speak a clear language:
In the last three years, jaw stress has increased by over 30%.
Around 80% of those affected unconsciously clench or grind their teeth – with far-reaching consequences for posture, neck, breathing, sleep, voice and even emotional stability.
What many people don’t realize:
The jaw is often a storage space for suppressed emotions, inner tension and unconscious patterns.
And this is exactly where Jaw Yoga comes in – as a therapeutic approach that looks at the body as a whole and brings people back into contact with themselves.
Jaw Yoga is not a wellness trend, but a powerful tool that you can integrate into your therapeutic work—whether in physical, occupational, voice, trauma, or body therapy.
The demand for sustainable, holistic methods is increasing noticeably – and awareness is growing:
Treating symptoms is no longer enough. We need therapy that goes deeper.
We need therapists like you!

What Jaw Yoga brings to your clients:

More mobility throughout the body
A relaxed jaw releases tension patterns along the fascia lines – extending into the pelvis, spine and feet.

Schönere Gesichtszüge und klare Stimme
The jaw influences expression, presence and charisma – both inside and out.

Less stress & more nervous system balance
By activating the vagus nerve, the parasympathetic nervous system is strengthened – this calms the body and mind and improves the ability to regenerate.

Langlebigkeit fördern - auf natürliche Weise
A free jaw improves cell regeneration, hormonal balance, and emotional resilience—a true anti-aging factor.

Better sleep & deeper breathing
Weniger nächtliches Knirschen, entspannte Atemräume, weniger inneres Getriebensein.

Better communication and free throat chakra
A free jaw also frees the voice and releases blockages in the throat chakra – and strengthens expressiveness, clarity and empathy.
